From the first weekly check to a signed-off close.
Reconciliation, close management and controls in the same place as the numbers they protect.
Close room
In the productWhen the close should finish, what is left and who has it. A projected finish date against your target, using your team’s own pace.
Close gates
In the productRules you set for what must be finished before a period can lock, such as checklist tasks done or reconciliations signed off.
Weekly reconciliation checks
In the productAccounts are checked during the month, so problems surface early and month end only finishes what had to wait.

In the productPreparer and reviewer sign-off, evidence attached, escalation when something is overdue, and cover when someone is out of office.
Learning-based matching

Proposed accruals
In the productAccruals suggested from open purchase orders, production orders, payroll and goods received, for a person to send or dismiss with a reason.
Governed posting
Partly builtApproved entries are posted to the accounting system through its API, after a person approves them under the limits you configure.
Controls matrix
In the productControls with owners, test frequency, results, deficiencies and attestations, plus a change history of who did what.
AI can propose. People approve.
An AI tier can draft a correcting entry, but it has no route to the function that posts it. Posting follows your configured approval limits. A more autonomous tier exists for a small whitelist of reversible actions and is off by default. Authorized journal entries without a per-entry approval (Level 6) are restricted while the authorization wording is under legal review.
Tie-out and freshness.
Pulled transactions are compared with the balances your accounting system reports, with differences pointed at the account that explains them. Every connection shows when it was last checked, and a refresh that keeps failing raises an alert in the app, in Slack or Teams, and by email to a group you choose.
