We would rather show you the exact state of each connection than describe all of them as live.
Five levels, never blurred together.

Ledger figures refresh every 30 minutes (outside quiet hours you choose) and transactions refresh nightly. A refresh can be delayed or fail; the screen shows when figures were last checked, and repeated failures raise an alert.

What is enabled by default.
AI is off for every organization until an administrator turns it on, because customer data leaves the system on each use. The autonomous tier is built but not deployed to customers. Level 6 (authorized journal entries) is restricted while the authorization wording is under legal review.
What we claim, and what we do not.
We enforce organization isolation, role checks and credential protection, and we have fixed the defects our own reviews found. We do not hold an external security certification and have not had an independent penetration test.
